"All great companies have a great story. Ours may not be the most thrilling...but it's personal, it's ours and it's just getting started. As we grow, the plot thickens and the main character list lengthens."
Shazia Noreen (President) and Nerd Herder

Raised in Springfield, Virginia, Shazi still sleeps with the stuffed Homer her daddy gave her sometime ago. Originally from Pakistan, Shazi grew up in Springfield and still reflects on the lessons learned from her first job at the local Popeyes. Care to guess? Let’s just say – NO YOU CAN’T REALLY FRY EVERYTHING! Shazi then made the minor leap over to a stint in the political arena. After a few years of perfecting the gift of gab she turned her focus to the lobbying circle.
After several years of water cooler gossip, being told what you can wear to work, and too many “rules”, Shazi realized her ambitions were far greater. Shazi’s work ethic comes from her desire to retire on the beach, selling beach umbrellas for $40/hr. Her plan is to continue expansion until the business supports itself and her beach lifestyle.
When starting Falcon Logic, Shazi sought people equally driven, if not more so, to complement her creativity and spirit in order to shape the culture of the firm. In acting as the company’s corporate recruiter and “nerd herder”, Shazi combines her passion for business with her ability to create an enthusiastic environment conducive to the growth, development, and future expansion of Falcon Logic.
